A wery inafficient client hotline


According to Telenors website there are times where it is better to call there client hotline than others. see the box above:
Therefore I called the hotline in the time period from 10-11 where the risk og being on hold is very little. But what happend my ladises and gentelmen, a voice told me that Telenor was very busy at the moment so a wait could occur. And that's what happend, I waited for more than ten minutes before a guy answerd my call, of course he could not help me with my problem, so now I need to go to one of there shop instead, maybe the service is better there.
It just makes me wonder how long the wait will be if you call Telenor when the risk for waiting is big?
