A wery inafficient client hotline

According to Telenors website there are times where it is better to call there client hotline than others. see the box above:

Therefore I called the hotline in the time period from 10-11 where the risk og being on hold is very little. But what happend my ladises and gentelmen, a voice told me that Telenor was very busy at the moment so a wait could occur. And that's what happend, I waited for more than ten minutes before a guy answerd my call, of course he could not help me with my problem, so now I need to go to one of there shop instead, maybe the service is better there.

It just makes me wonder how long the wait will be if you call Telenor when the risk for waiting is big?

For you guys who do not know anything about danish football it can be hard to understand why this is such a big thing, but last night the soccer team AGF, won their second game in a row and are therefore undefeated and number one in the national league for the first time in 9 years. So for all fans of AGF, this week is going to be awesome.

U2 in Barcelona

I have just returned from Barcelona, where is went to see U2 in concert. I cam tell you guys, they are fucking brillant. The stage was a giant space station (this was much cooler than it sounds) and the stadion (Nou Camp 100.000 seats) was packed with exited and happy U2 lovers. I have seen them in concert a couple of times before, but never this big and the guys deserve all the positive words you can dig up about their performance. Amazing that after all these years(more than 30 on the top), they still look like they really loves to perform and they are in four guys in there twenties....

So all I can say is Larry, Adan,The Edge and Bono I salute you. See a video of the concert here

Danske Bank lets the consumers get the word.

Danske bank have launched a new campaign where the man on the street can express what he thinks about the financial situation and Banks in general.
This is a good way of showing the public that you are ready to listen and willing to adapt to their needs. So it is going to be exiting to see too what extend Danske Bank are villing to listen and talk to their consumers.

Lars Løkke invites to a twitter meeting!!

The Danish prime minister is having a elector meeting at the black diamond, there are only a limited amount of seats, but you can still be a part of this. You can ask questions through twitter and then watch his answers at venstre.dk where they will broadcast live from the event.

This is a brilliant way of getting people to take part in the discussion. Many people don’t have the time to attend the meeting, but they have the time to ask questions on their terms. This will give a much bigger support and interest of the voters. Brillant.

bold.dk starts blogging

The danish website bold.dk is now expanding their site with a blog universe as well, so people like you and me can get the chance of give people the news sports journalists dont get hold of, in the way we want to present them. 

If this is executed the right way bold.dk can experience an enormous succes, I believe this will give some new angles on stories and the users of bold.dk will fell like they mean something and are a part of the site. Another aspect is that bold.dk now will get hundreds of journalists working for free. If I had a company this would be an ideal. 

but this can die before it gets started. If bold.dk start to edit the texts and not make this platform live on its own, people will use interest and stop blogging. If you cant say what you whant, why say anything at all.

But let us see how it develops. I will continually follow the making of this site and comment about it on this blog.

Hi all

My name is Peter and I am 27 years old. I live i copenhagen and are studying at copenhagen Business school (CBS) where i am studying Marketing Communication Manegement. I have a study job at Mediaedge:cia, which is a media agency. In a few words my job consist of making strategic planning for companies.
